Every Woman’s Best Friend: Habit Tracking
Let’s face it; life can get overwhelming! From keeping up with self care, relationships, healing and overcoming daily obstacles.. You have a hundred different tasks to get done every day, which can make you feel like you’re stretched too thin and have no peace or clarity. If you find yourself in this place, don’t worry, I’ve been there too!
I found myself with too much to do and not enough time to do it, which led to areas of my life that were truly important to me getting abandoned, and who on this earth likes to feel abandoned?! Finally, one day I took a step back and realized I needed to figure out a way to become better organized, so I could do what mattered without getting overwhelmed in the process. That’s when I discovered the power of habit tracking!
Goddess, I dedicated exactly 1 year to understand the importance of my time clock.
There goes this saying… Time will tell, or time will reveal all, or “things take time” you know that wise quote that essentially points out that you can’t rush, and everything takes time. and this is true. There is no secret portal that will pivot you forward to the goals and desires you are wanting right now in this very moment.
It takes time, and I took the time to understand how I work as an individual. Every 3 months I would switch my schedule completely.
It started out like this..
Meditation Monday
Tunes Tuesday (music is a passion and hobby of mine I would spend the whole day listening to music, or creating my own)
Writing Wednesday
Twerk Thursday ( some context, I used to take pole fitness classes an go to the gym 2 times a day)
Freestyle Friday ( This was my day to do whatever I please, but I had to at least complete my daily tasks I given myself, this was on all the days)
I found myself happier to start my day as it was geared towards me and my goals.
I would document daily how I felt, noticing the things I got done and I was shocked at the progressive productivity. Of course this didn't happen overnight, I assure you the first few weeks were hard but I stuck with it. Once 3 months passed, I would switch up my days and tasks, I had to truly understand myself and how I worked… however after 3 months of sticking to a schedule i noticed that i was already programmed within my own time! Can you believe it? 3 months was the pivot it took to dramatically increase my mood, mental awareness and enjoyment I had towards the life I wanted to lead.
Developing permanent positive habits is an essential part of becoming the feminine goddess you’re destined to be. It’s crucial for women to create structure and security in their lives to achieve their goals and elevate them to the next level. Habit tracking helps you keep a daily list of the areas you want to work on or remember, which increases productivity.
Women are superheroes! We can juggle dozens of tasks simultaneously, but that doesn’t mean we won’t benefit from the organization that habit tracking brings into our lives. Don’t let the name fool you; habits aren’t the only areas you can track I’ve developed healthy habits from understanding my :

Once you start to see how habit tracking can improve your life, it's impossible not to get excited at the possibilities! The only problem with tracking so many areas is having multiple apps or diaries that you have to remember to check every day. That can quickly become overwhelming and counterproductive. I’ve spent years with this problem struggling to keep up with momentum and life.
I love habit tracking, but I often found myself wondering if the process could be more streamlined and straightforward. I thought, “wouldn’t it be amazing if there was somewhere I could keep track of all these different parts of my life, all in one place?” I searched high and low but couldn’t find anything that fit my needs. During my university years I had so many books I couldn't add another journal to my roster, as I was already on my 4th backpack in 5 months, so I decided to create one myself!
